Shipping Policy

By placing an order with So You Graduated, Now What?, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing. All items are handmade to order. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During tour season (October), processing times may be extended as our team will be on the road.

Shipping Methods & Rates.

  • No Rush Shipping — $4.49, estimated 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping — $5.99, estimated 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping — $9.49, estimated 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates reflect transit time after an order ships and do not include processing time. So You Graduated, Now What? is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been shipped, including but not limited to weather, postal service delays, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Local Pickup. Free local pickup is available at select Homecoming Archives Tour campus stops, as well as in Charlotte, NC. Pickup locations, dates, and times will be provided via email confirmation after your order is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to collect pickup orders within the timeframe specified; unclaimed pickup orders may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Address Accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. So You Graduated, Now What? is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages. So You Graduated, Now What? is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information but reported lost or stolen by the customer. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim in such cases.

International Shipping. [We currently ship within the United States only. / We ship internationally; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.]
