Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order with So You Graduated, Now What?, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Final Sale. All items are made to order specifically for each customer. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for the following reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, delayed shipping, or dissatisfaction with fit, color, or design, except as expressly stated in this policy. If product is damaged from our end we will provide a replacement.
Size Exchanges. At our sole discretion, we offer size exchanges under the following conditions, all of which must be met:
- The exchange request is submitted in writing to soyougraduatednowwhat@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the original order date;
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with no signs of use;
- The exchange is limited strictly to a different size of the same design and product. Exchanges for a different design, product, or color are not permitted under this policy.
Requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be honored. Approval of an exchange request is at the sole discretion of So You Graduated, Now What?.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify us at soyougraduatednowwhat@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will remedy the issue via replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 calendar days, or without sufficient documentation, may not be honored.
No Cancellations. Because items are produced to order upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. We will honor an address change by email within 12 hours of purchase.
Policy Changes. So You Graduated, Now What? reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
Contact. All exchange and claim requests must be directed to soyougraduatednowwhat@gmail.com. Requests made through social media, phone, or any other channel will not be processed.
